NOTE; BELOW IS FOR LAST YEAR, NEXT YEAR WILL BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT

FRIDAY EVENING:
6.00p.m. to 8.00p.m.-Room set up.  Vendors who wish may arrive and set up their tables
during this time period.  Any vendor what arrives after 8.00 p.m. will have to set up on
Saturday morning.

SATURDAY:
7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. - Vendor set up
8:30 a.m.- Doors open to public, Contest Registration begins
10.00 a.m. - Raffle Drawing begins, Make and Take and Seminars start
12:30 p.m. - Judges' meeting
1:00 p.m. - Registration closes; Judging begins ( Contest area closed to public and
entrants during judging.)
3:30 p.m.( approximately) judging over, Contest Area re-opens.
4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.- Presentation of Special Awards
4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Contest is over, all models picked up by 5:00 p.m.
